Personal Language
This option is for the usage of context app commands on messages
The /personal command lets each user independently choose which language the Translate Apps context-menu command translates into for them. This setting is per-user, not per-server.

Notes
This setting applies only to the Translate context menu (right-click → Apps → Translate).
It does not affect auto-translation features like
/defaultlanguage,/channellanguage, etc. Each Discord user has their own independent personal language setting.
The Translate context menu works in DMs as well, and your personal language preference applies there too.
